1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field upon checkout.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a staff member from your chosen workshop location contacts you to verify your appointment date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared upon order confirmation and payment.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a receipt for unified invoicing. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, you will be contacted directly to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
