1. Upon placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once the engraving content is confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Studio provides a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with a tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters leading to class cancellation, you will be proactively contacted for rescheduling or a refund.
