During the firing process, brown spots or burn marks may occur; some may only become visible after washing. These are not signs of rust and do not affect safety or usage. - This product is manufactured using safe production methods, utilizing food-grade oil as a lubricant for stamping, without acid pickling. Because no electroplating or coatings are used, surface micro-scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may be present. These are normal phenomena inherent to safe production methods and are not defects. - The logo is created using high-temperature laser energy to induce natural color changes on the titanium surface. It is neither a coating nor a print, ensuring a durable, safe, and aesthetic finish. Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal and inevitable during the manufacturing process. - Water spots or residue after washing are characteristic of pure titanium and are considered normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, clean multiple times using a neutral detergent. You may also wipe the surface several times with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with neutral detergent. As food-grade oil is used in stamping and no acid pickling is applied, trace amounts of gray titanium powder are inevitable. This is a non-toxic, safe process, and the bowl is safe to scrub. 2. If food is charred or stuck, you may gently scrub with the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel scouring pad. 3. If any colored titanium surface is scrubbed away or reveals the natural metal color, please note this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free of harmful heavy metals; it remains perfectly safe for use. 4. Do not soak in acidic cleaners, stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate, as these will permanently strip the titanium of its color and luster. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. During initial heating of lunch boxes, fresh-keeping containers, or square pots, or if food stains or large blue-purple patches appear after washing—or brown spots appear after washing even without heating—these are characteristics of the metal or the result of our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety; they will fade or disappear with normal use. 2. Square tableware undergoes more intense color changes and is more prone to brown spots due to stress release. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250°C in an oven or over an open gas flame may cause blue-purple color changes. The color will not fade but remains safe for use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more prone to deformation when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium tends to show water spots due to its metallic nature. If this concerns you, wipe dry immediately after washing to maintain the visual appearance. 【Appliance Compatibility】 **Single-walled titanium tableware is suitable for heating; double-walled items are not for heating.** Dish Dryer: Suitable.
