These are not signs of rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, utilizing safe edible oil for lubrication during stamping, without acid washing. As there are no electroplating or coatings used, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, small holes, or pinholes, which are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided with this safe manufacturing method and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by laser high-temperature energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and long-lasting aesthetic appeal. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal occurrences during the manufacturing process that cannot be entirely avoided. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are a characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. [Washing and Characteristic Description] 1. For the first wash, please use a regular neutral detergent several times. You can also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil and wipe several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Then, wash clean with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for stamping without acid washing, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a safe process using non-toxic pure titanium, so you can scrub with confidence. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free from harmful heavy metals, making it safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide-based reducing agents, or sodium percarbonate cleaning agents, as these can alter and irreversibly damage the titanium's color and luster. [Characteristic Description] 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and does not easily release stress. When containers like lunch boxes, fresh-keeping boxes, or square pots are initially steamed or cooked, or after washing they show food stains or large purple-blue patches, or even brown patches appear after washing without heating (not rust, pure titanium does not rust), these are inherent metallic properties or changes resulting from our prior firing process. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear gradually over time with normal use. 2. Square containers, due to more difficult stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. In ovens above 250°C or direct flame on a gas stove, purple-blue color changes may occur. These colors will not disappear but will not affect safe use. 4. Large flat surfaces may warp more easily with direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium tends to retain water marks due to its metallic properties. If this is a concern, please dry the utensil immediately after washing to prevent water stains from affecting its appearance. [Various Appliances] **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish dryer - Applicable: If residual oil like olive oil is not washed clean, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil; washing it off will make it disappear.
