Our proprietary high-temperature titanium process ensures excellent antibacterial properties. During production, brownish spots or scorch marks may occur, or appear after washing; these are not rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using safe methods, utilizing food-grade oil as a lubricant during stamping with no acid pickling. Because no plating or coatings are used, minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear. These are normal, unavoidable phenomena resulting from our safe production process and are not defects. - The LOGO is created through high-temperature laser energy, causing natural color changes in the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or print, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetics. Supplementary Information: - Marks from the high-temperature firing process will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal and unavoidable during manufacturing. - Water marks or stains after cleaning are natural characteristics of pure titanium. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first cleaning, wash multiple times with a neutral detergent, or wipe with a paper towel soaked in cooking oil to remove any residual grey titanium powder from the process. Follow by washing with neutral detergent. As we use food-grade oil for stamping without acid pickling, some residual grey titanium powder is unavoidable; this is a non-toxic, safe process, and the bowl is safe to scrub. 2. If burnt or stained, use the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel brush to scrub gently. 3. If colored surfaces are scrubbed away to reveal the original metal color, please be assured this is normal. Since there are no coatings and the material is non-toxic pure titanium free of heavy metals, it remains safe to use. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate) as these will permanently strip the titanium of its color and luster. 【Characteristics Explained】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. During initial use (steaming/cooking) or after washing, food stains or large purple-blue patches may appear. If not heated, brown spots may appear after washing. These are not rust (pure titanium does not rust) but are natural metallic properties or results of our pre-firing process. This does not affect safety; they will fade or disappear over time. 2. Square-shaped items are subject to more intense stress release, leading to more pronounced color changes and brown spots. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250°C in ovens or direct flames on gas stoves may cause a permanent purple-blue color change, which does not affect safety. 4. Large, flat surfaces are prone to warping when exposed to direct flames. 5. Pure titanium tends to show water stains due to its metallic nature. If you prefer to avoid this, wipe the item dry immediately after washing. 【Compatibility】 Single-walled titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-walled items are not for heating. Dish Dryer: Compatible. (If oily residue like olive oil is not cleaned off, heat may cause blue-purple powder to appear; simply wash the item thoroughly to remove.) Dishwasher: Compatible. (Some detergents containing sodium percarbonate may cause water stains, but this does not affect safety.) Gas Stove: Direct flame is fine, but do not heat when empty. Use medium to low heat. Rice Cooker, Air Fryer, Ceramic Heater, Electric Stove: Compatible. Oven: Compatible. (Color changes due to high heat are natural physical characteristics of titanium and remain safe to use.)
