■Cancellation Policy■
1. If you want to postpone the appointment due to natural disasters, typhoons and other force majeure factors, you can change the appointment date once (limited to within 1 month). You must contact us at least 12 hours before the start of the course to handle the extension. After confirming the change date If the trip fails to come as scheduled due to factors other than a typhoon, or if you want to cancel or postpone due to personal reasons, the deposit will not be refunded or rescheduled; failure to postpone within the time limit will be deemed to have given up the qualification to reserve the deposit, and the deposit cannot be refunded and no further changes will be made. notify.
2. If the reservation is canceled due to personal factors (for example: bad weather, temporary emergency, car breakdown, traffic accident, physical discomfort, etc.), no extension service will be provided. If you want to reschedule, you must make a new reservation.
3. If the course cannot start as scheduled due to weather or other force majeure factors (mainly the announcement of class suspension 6 hours before the start of the course), OFFLINE Lab. will assist with refunds.
4. If the experience is interrupted due to power outages, earthquakes, etc. during the experience, no refunds will be provided, but we will arrange another time to complete the experience.

■Course fee cancellation and refund standards■
Cancellation fee for days before class
Full refund if canceled 14 days before the selected date
If canceled 10 to 13 days before the selected date, 70% of the course fee will be refunded
If canceled 7 to 9 days before the selected date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded
If canceled 4 to 6 days before the selected date, 40% of the course fee will be refunded
If canceled 2 to 3 days before the selected date, 30% of the course fee will be refunded
If canceled 1 day before the selected date, 20% of the course fee will be refunded
If you cancel on the scheduled date or fail to notify, the course fee will not be refunded.
