・Each ticket includes 1 set of materials and is valid for the ticket holder only. Due to limited space and to maintain teaching quality, accompanying guests are not permitted.
・If fewer than 2 participants register for a session, it will not proceed as scheduled. You will be contacted to reschedule or receive a refund.
・Materials are prepared in advance by the designer. Once tickets are sold, refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend, please transfer your ticket to another participant.
・If you wish to transfer your ticket, please inform us of the new participant's name and contact information.
・Entry begins 15 minutes before the workshop. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
・In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, participants will be contacted to reschedule or receive a refund.
