Indeed, this year we've incorporated new techniques. Each method required significant time for research and testing, which is why we always launch a little later! This year, we're launching five cyanotype botanical calendars at once, because it was too difficult to choose which ones to let go! Each one offers a suitable use and placement in different spaces. In terms of materials, in addition to our usual fabric, we've also added paper options, hoping to meet everyone's needs! A single flower is a microcosm. A single leaf holds profound wisdom. Since dedicating ourselves to the research and documentation of the cyanotype process, through observation and contemplation, flowers and trees have consistently opened my mind, deepening my understanding of nature's artistry infinitely. Nature's wonders are profound and fascinating! Truly, "one flower, one world"! About the calendar's creation~ It's made using the cyanotype process, dating back to the 18th century. The blue formed by the cyanotype technique is known as Prussian blue or cobalt blue. Each fabric print, exposed to sunlight, develops varying natural color tones and textures. The botanical illustrations are created from freshly gathered plants, and they record the shape and most beautiful posture of the flowers at their original scale.
