Woven gently by hand using two strands of exceptionally fine yarn, it differs from machine-woven products by trapping air to create a plump, soft texture with a supremely smooth feel that drapes lightly over the body. Warm ivory is used for the warp threads, and a soft-toned light purple (wisteria color) for the weft threads, creating a delicate and intricate pattern.
