Please only place an order if you accept these conditions: 1. Vegetable-tanned leather made with natural tanning agents requires a time-consuming process. Without chemical surface treatments, it authentically displays the original appearance of the hide and emits the natural scent of plant tannins. As a result, the leather retains its strong fibers as well as natural growth marks, insect bites, and scars, making every piece unique. Our craftsmen strive to avoid unsightly marks or place them in less visible areas, but these natural variations do not constitute defects. Please only purchase/order if you accept this. 2. The natural color of vegetable-tanned leather is a light beige. Over time, and due to the fact that each piece of leather absorbs dyes differently during our manual dyeing process, there may be slight color variations or minor unevenness in tone. This is considered normal for hand-dyed items. 3. Product photos are taken of the actual items, with only minor adjustments to lighting and color to match the real product as closely as possible. Since each computer/phone screen displays colors differently, please refer to the actual item for the final color reference. 4. Our products are handmade. For custom orders or items currently out of stock, please allow 5-20 business days. During handmade production, whether by machine or by hand, slight impressions from the presser foot or minor tool marks may occur; these will gradually fade with regular use.
