Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, retaining unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur, which are considered normal unless the leather surface is damaged. Respecting life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to this. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-produced items but possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, slowly revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, batches from different shipments or varying storage times can result in color variations in the leather. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from two separate orders will not be identical; please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order with customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" are not subject to a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
