1. Notification made seven days prior to the course date (excluding the course day): Full refund or transfer to another class.
2. Notification made three days prior to the course date (excluding the course day): A 30% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded or transferred to another class.
3. Cancellations made two days before or on the day of the course are non-refundable and non-transferable.
