1. Notification received seven days prior to the course date (excluding the course day): Full refund or transfer to another session.
2. Notification received three days prior to the course date (excluding the course day): A 30% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded or transferred to another session.
3. Cancellations made two days before or on the day of the course: No refunds or transfers are available.
If the course is canceled by the organizer or if it is full, participants who have already registered and paid will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
