Slight variations in dyeing and shaping will occur for the same design. Please place your order if you accept this! ✔️ We will confirm the condition of the ear hooks/clips before shipping and will clean and sterilize them thoroughly for your peace of mind! 🌿 Leather Accessory Care 1. Avoid placing them in humid spaces such as bathrooms or restrooms. 2. After wearing, gently wipe with a dry cloth and store in a sealed box or bag to keep dry. 3. Gently wipe the leather surface with leather care oil to keep the leather moisturized and prevent cracking. 🌿 Product Repair Excluding repairs for broken metal (e.g., broken ear hooks, ear clips), faded jewelry, or missing parts, all other jewelry issues can be repaired at our market stalls or by mail. Postage must be borne by the buyer. For lost materials or more complex repairs, a fee will be charged for materials and labor. 🌿 Not Considered Defects 1. Color Difference: Computer screen colors may have slight variations; the actual product color prevails. 2. Bent Ear Hooks/Clips: Due to the fine and soft nature of the material, shipping staff will confirm the condition of the ear hooks/clips before dispatch. Slight bending due to transport impact is normal and can be self-adjusted or adjusted at our stall during monthly market days. 3. Natural Leather Grain: Each piece of cowhide will have its unique grain and color depending on its position and processing method. 4. Size Error: There may be slight errors in size due to manual measurement; an error of within 0.5 cm is considered within a reasonable range.
