The sides of the pottery pieces are finished with Kintsugi, allowing the gold to catch the light beautifully from every angle, adding a touch of refinement. This work is created using a modern, simplified Kintsugi technique, where adhesive is used for bonding, unlike traditional Kintsugi which uses natural lacquer derived from the urushi tree.
