※To ensure service quality, if you are late for more than 20 minutes on the day, you will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.
※When measuring color, try to avoid wearing high-necked clothing, remove any earrings if you are wearing them, and measure without makeup.
※If you are used to wearing makeup, the studio provides makeup removers for use.
※If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
※Since it is a one-to-one service, no refund will be given if you inform us that you cannot come on the day.
※If you wish to change the deadline, please inform us three days in advance.
