▼ If you have not received the [Payment Notice] or [Pre-departure Notice], please go to the bottom right of the official website and join the official Line for inquiries.
▼ If you are unable to attend the event on the day, please inform us by phone. Those who are absent without reason will be blacklisted.
▼ Please fill in your true identity information when registering. If the information is forged, you will be responsible for the legal consequences.
Safety matters
● When you register at the event site, your ID card will be checked. If you do not bring your ID card or it is discovered that you are not yourself or are not single, you will be deemed to have forfeited the opportunity and will not be allowed to participate in the event. You will not be able to request a refund of the registration fee. (Real-name verification)
● Before the event, the male’s work ID or employment certificate will be checked to confirm eligibility. (Real-name verification)
● When participating in activities, you can use a nickname to maintain your privacy. (Participation is anonymous)
● When registering, you can indicate in the remarks column the people you do not want to meet (e.g. colleagues) and we will help you avoid being at the same event.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
Other considerations
1. Cancellation method:
▼ If you cancel your reservation 7 days before the event (excluding the event day), 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
▼ If you cancel your reservation 6 to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day), 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
▼ Cancellation will not be accepted from 3 days before the event day to the day of the event, and no refund will be given.
▼ If you cancel your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be given.
▼ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
▼ If the event is cancelled due to reasons at the organizer’s discretion, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Change of date or other activities:
▼ You can change the date or other activities 4 days before the event date (excluding the event date). However, this change can only be made once.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the excess will be refunded and the shortfall will be supplemented.
▼ Cancellation will not be accepted after changing the date or other activities.
▼ Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the event date to the day of the event.
3. The electronic invoice will be sent to the email address after the event, and the winners of the invoice will be notified separately. If you need a triplicate invoice, please indicate this in the remarks column when registering.
