Hello, dear students!
In order to give everyone a wonderful creative experience, please pay attention to the following matters:

📍Preparation before class
1. Please arrive on time: The course starts on time. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to facilitate registration.
2. Clothing recommendations: Please wear light, easily soiled clothing, or bring your own apron (aprons are available for borrowing on site).
3. Nail trimming: It is recommended to trim your nails before class to avoid inconvenience or scratching the work.

🏺During the course
1. Silence your cell phone: Please switch your cell phone to silent or vibrate mode during class.
2. Photo and video recording: You are welcome to take photos to record the process. Please respect other people’s portrait rights and do not interfere with other people’s creations.
3. Stay patient and focused: Pottery creation requires time and care. If you have any questions during the process, please raise your hand and ask the teacher.
4. Shared space, respect each other: Please take care of your tools

🔥Works firing
1. After the work is completed, you need to wait for the firing time (about 6 to 8 weeks). Wood-fired works have complicated processes, so please be patient.
2. Finished product notification: We will notify you after the firing is completed. You can choose to pick it up in person or have it delivered to your home (shipping fee is charged separately).
3. Natural handmade, flaws outweigh merits: Wood-fired works have their own natural ash fall and kiln-change characteristics, and each piece is unique.
4. If there are natural risks such as cracking or undercooked color caused by wood burning, we will try our best to adjust or remedy it. If there are really uncontrollable risks, you can take a free course and make it again (within 3 months). The standard for unripe color is that there is no color at all, like the color of a cement wall.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Since all materials need to be prepared in advance, please understand that no refunds will be given, but the order can be transferred to someone else.
