Aioi Musubi, also written as Airo Musubi, refers to the beautiful ring shape made by crossing mizuhiki. It's a matchmaking word that means "to live together until old age," and it feels like a space of happiness that lasts forever, so it's a must-tie at least once on a mizuhiki fan used for matchmaking, weddings, and other auspicious occasions.・This is one of the knots I would like to make.
Although the knot is different from the Mizuhiki knot, the Aioi knot is also used in cooking.
