▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved designs, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your appointment date and seating availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment is confirmed.
5. ART64 design studio can provide a unified receipt for your purchase. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID number, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the workshop is canceled due to reasons beyond ART64's control.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange for a reschedule or a refund.
