1. Upon placing an order, an "E-Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired inscription in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Store can issue a unified receipt. If a company receipt with a specific tax code is required, please provide the company name and tax code in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
