1. Since each plant is specially customized for you, it will be shipped in 7-10 working days after payment is made.
2. If you need urgent shipment, please inform us of the required collection date in advance so that we can help you confirm whether the delivery date can be achieved smoothly.
3. You can purchase additional universal cards (writing services are provided).
{ Shipping & Packaging Method }
Since the plants are alive, in order to reduce damage during transportation, they are shipped in anti-collision transportation packaging and delivered by home delivery.
| Basic planting methods
Please place it in a well-ventilated place with sufficient sunshine. Water it once every two weeks in summer and once every 7-10 days in autumn and winter.

1. Since the plants are living, it is recommended that you try to take them apart as soon as possible after receiving them and place them in a ventilated place.
2. We will make complete packaging when shipping. If it overturns during transportation, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible so that we can handle it later.
3. If the succulent leaves are accidentally broken during transportation or unpacking, please do not throw them away. They can be "leaf-covered" to breed another pot of new succulent babies.
4. Zhizai does not provide a 7-day appreciation period for online purchases.
