Among agarwood from the Xingzhou style, Kalimantan is considered one of the most premium producing regions. This vast Indonesian island, covering about three-quarters of Borneo, is roughly 15 times the size of Taiwan but with only half the population. Kalimantan's pristine forests are abundant, particularly renowned for its agarwood. In recent years, due to extreme exploitation, the yield of agarwood has drastically decreased, making high-quality Kalimantan agarwood quite rare and its acquisition a matter of luck.
Kalimantan agarwood is characterized by its rich, cooling aroma, often mingled with notes of frankincense or fruity floral scents, offering a mellow and sweet profile. This makes it an ideal choice for consumers seeking premium agarwood.

Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1983, with a background in craft design. He traveled the streets of Japan, experiencing how wooden art breathed warm and profound life into ancient alleys. Objects that seemed like fragments of time, carrying traces of history and outlines of the future, sought a delicate balance between opposition and harmony. This transformed into refined works, closely connecting the vision of a new generation with the simplicity of the old era. Agarwood, once ground into powder for appreciation, was solemnly placed in the most prominent areas of homes in Japan, symbolizing vitality and light.
The agarwood originates from its place of origin, pure and flawless, untouched by artificial processes like boiling glue, drawing lines, or artificial fragrances. It is presented in its most original form, using ancient scent-extraction techniques. The craftsman meticulously peels away the outer layer of the deadwood by hand, revealing the true soul of the agarwood. This not only imbues it with eternal vitality but also allows tradition and modern craftsmanship to subtly intertwine at the fingertips, creating a feast for the eyes and senses. Its rich aroma is like the condensation of time, gently drawing together past memories and future aspirations, allowing them to meet and resonate within the fragrance, continuing endlessly, distant and profound.
