She wouldn’t want to waste both fabric and history of Japanese artisan work of Kimono. She has a warm respect for vintage works and former Kimono seamstresses. Each item has her ingenious works in various corners of the items such as sleeves, front inner, collars, the pattern matching, balances and patch working. Those tiny efforts to save the material is her speciality. UMUI’ gift wrapping/box/packaging are all recyclable materials We aim to be human+eco-friendly for this project.
