Returns or exchanges based on pattern preference are not accepted. ✔ This product is made to order by women after you place your pre-order and is considered a custom item. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product has a defect. The brand offers an exchange service within seven days for any defects. Buyers who are extremely perfectionistic and cannot accept potential imperfections in the burlap, or differences in color or pattern compared to the photos, are advised to reconsider before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, complete packaging.
