The Dream Weaver series captures dreams in the form of patchwork fabric art.
Dreams are like patchwork art – seemingly chaotic yet perfectly coherent. Using leftover fabric scraps from clothing production, we color (patchwork), doodle (sew), and cut, paste, sew, and stitch guided by intuition and a sense of everyday beauty.
Different fabrics offer distinct textures, and the stitching tension varies with fabric thickness, creating art that is wonderfully tactile. It's like the comforting textures of infancy, stimulating sensory awareness through touch.
