Rose Dream
This pendant head is inspired by accessories unearthed from ancient ruins, featuring Rhodochrosite (also known as Inca Rose or Rose of the Incas). This particular Rhodochrosite was discovered in the mountains of San Luis, Argentina, from the site of a mine believed to have been used by the Incas for gold extraction around the 13th century.
This Rhodochrosite is a stone with strikingly beautiful, clear banding.
A distinctive feature is the hammered texture on the silver setting that holds the stone. The clasp, serving as an accent, has been plated with gold.
