How to measure ring size for a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Accessories**
★ To restore tarnished or blackened sterling silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
Use the silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine, making your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance and can be used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polish
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver polish for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the polish and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use the silver polishing cloth in conjunction to restore the shine, making your silver jewelry look like new.
**Important:** Do not immerse vintage black-finished jewelry in silver polish, as it will remove the black finish and revert to the original silver color.

**Workshops can be conducted with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes or cancellations to confirmed workshop bookings must be notified at least three days prior to the class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may transfer the booking to another product or workshop.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are accepted (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Finished pieces can be collected on the same day.
**★ Due to current pandemic measures, masks must be worn to enter the premises.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed for safety reasons in accordance with government directives, and a new date will be arranged.
