The workshop includes engraving; English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (specific styles may not be eligible for engraving).
How to measure ring size for a gift?
● Method: Wrap a piece of thread (sewing thread) around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our store staff. We can adjust the ring size at our store after it's completed.

**Class begins with just one participant; all workshops are by reservation only.**
● For your convenience, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to your confirmed workshop date. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded but can be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at our store. You may also exchange your item for a different style of the same price (subject to available materials on-site). Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment. Exchanges for lower-priced items will not be refunded the difference.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, to ensure a smooth experience for yourself and others.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. Our artisan will first demonstrate and then guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require an additional purchase.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Your creation can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required for entry due to the pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety guidelines for equipment operation as instructed by our artisan. Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop day, classes will be postponed and rescheduled based on government-mandated closures for your safety.
