Harper's BBQ Rub #2 - Fragrant Herbs

This is another delicious all-purpose spice mix mainly for fish and poultry! Use it on chicken, duck, fish and pork (pigs can fly, can't they?), or veal. I have also used it in bread stuffing, roasted veg and rice pilafs || Little note from the chef || All these recipes are interchangeable. You can swap any of these for different meats different cuts or even vegetables. I encourage everyone to experiment in the kitchen. My rubs are a great starting point to give you flavor color and texture, I leave it to you to bring them to life. All you need is a little love, a little time and some creativity.
