**【Duration】**
3 hours. Actual time may vary slightly depending on individual pace. It's recommended not to schedule urgent matters immediately after the class.

**【Class Size】**
**A minimum of 6 participants is required to form a class.** You can also organize your own group to schedule a private session. Please inquire before placing an order. We will notify you once a class is confirmed.
**If the minimum number of participants is not met, VIVI DESIGN reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify students to reschedule or receive a refund.**

**By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.**
**►Respect Originality: Course content and finished works are for personal learning and use only. Please do not use them for commercial purposes!**
*Photography for personal record-keeping is permitted during the class, but **video recording is prohibited**.
*Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**.
►Cancellation and Refund Policy
*Cancellations notified **15 days prior** to the class date are eligible for a **full refund**.
*Cancellations notified **10-14 days prior** to the class date will receive a **70% refund**.
*Cancellations notified **7-10 days prior** to the class date will receive a **30% refund**.
*Cancellations notified **within 7 days** of the class date are **non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled**. In such cases, VIVI will complete the project for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven piece.
►Important Notes
*To ensure fairness for all participants, spots are secured only upon confirmation of payment.
*Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders will be automatically canceled without further notice if payment is not received by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class.** Ex: For a class on April 5th, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on April 3rd.
*If a session has fewer than 6 participants three days before the scheduled start date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or adjust the venue. Students will be notified to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**.
*To ensure a smooth experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and are non-refundable**. In such cases, VIVI will complete the project for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive your unique, custom-colored handmade woven piece.
*As individual comprehension and hand speed vary, it is recommended to **allow an extra 30 minutes after the class and avoid scheduling urgent matters**.
►Other Information
*In the event of a natural disaster or force majeure causing class cancellation, the organizer will proactively contact participants for a full refund or rescheduling. For typhoons, class cancellation and refund standards will be based on the announcements of the event location, not the participants' locations.
*The class may involve photography. Photos and videos featuring participants may be used for event records or future promotional activities. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements.
*Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages incurred due to non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
*If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, **no refund will be issued**.
*In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equivalent value or adjust colors**.
*Colors may vary due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor settings.
*For environmental sustainability, **please bring your own reusable bag**.
**►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters pertaining to this event.**
