※In cooperation with the Yilan County Forestry Bureau to join the migratory bird rangers, during the hatching period of the little terns from June to August each year, the Dongshan River Store canoe/SUP activity itinerary will no longer enter the restricted demarcated beach at the mouth of the Lanyang River, including the wetlands. At other times, the coach will assess whether it is possible to go based on the conditions of the day.
【Inclusions】
1. SUP/canoe experience and teaching course (one coach can bring up to 6 canoes (12 people) or 6 SUP boards (6 people), excluding half-price students)

【Refund and Change Policy】
Cancellation Policy of the Organiser:
(1) If the Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon warning at sea, the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
(2) If the Central Meteorological Bureau issues a high wave forecast, the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be given within 24 hours.
(3) If the weather forecast is good but the water conditions on site are clearly unsuitable for swimming, the activity will be cancelled and a full refund will be given after deducting insurance and administrative fees.
(4) If the sea conditions deteriorate during the voyage and the voyage is changed or cancelled for safety reasons, no refund will be given.
Consumer refund policy:
(1) Cancellation will not be accepted within 7 days before departure and will not be refunded.
(2) Any change of participant must be notified before noon three working days before the event date and the insurance information of the new participant must be prepared.
(3) If you need to change the activity schedule (date and session) due to personal reasons, you can only change it once and please inform us in advance (we will not accept any last-minute changes within three working days before the activity date). After changing the class, no rescheduling or cancellation will be accepted and no refund will be given.

1. Activity restrictions:
(1) For SUP, one person per board: only persons aged 10 years and above and below 60 years old (inclusive) can register; for canoeing, only persons aged 3 years and above and below 65 years old (inclusive) can register
(2) SUP/canoeing requires considerable physical effort, so please carefully assess your own abilities. Pregnant women, people with knee injuries, or those with poor physical strength are not recommended to participate in this activity.
2. Professional coaches will accompany the team throughout the trip. In principle, a coach can bring up to 6 canoes (12 people) or 6 SUP boards (6 people), and the number of people does not include half-price students. Please cooperate with the group during the activity. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by leaving the team or ignoring advice.
3. Purchase public accident liability insurance and water recreation liability insurance (please provide insurance information of all participants: name, birthday, ID number, foreigners must attach passport photo)
4. The team sails in groups. Once the coach and team members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to sail separately (and no refunds will be given). Please pay special attention not to be late to avoid affecting your rights. Water activities are easily affected by the weather. When actually sailing, the tour leader may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions. If the sea conditions deteriorate, the voyage may even be cancelled midway. Please do not participate if you cannot accept the possibility that the itinerary may be changed due to some reasons.
5. If you do not wish the photos taken during the trip to be published on the Internet, please inform the instructor who took the photos on site.
