Q: I'd like to display a larger piece at home, are there other sizes available?
A: For other sizes, we recommend friends with no prior experience to first attend an introductory class, and then consider our oil pastel free creation course, which is charged by the hour.
Q: Are there example images, or do I need to prepare my own?
A: The instructor has prepared many exquisite example images suitable for beginners! If you wish to paint your own image, please message us to inquire about the [Free Creation] course!
Q: Can I paint if I have no prior experience?
A: Don't worry about having no prior experience. The instructor will answer questions and provide guidance. Students can also use the mediums for free creation, with timely guidance from the instructor to complete their own works.
Q: What if I don't finish within the course time?
A: If the artwork is not completed before the end of the class, an overtime fee will be charged for more than 30 minutes, or another session can be scheduled to continue. This allows for more complete and refined work. The fee is NT$450/hr.

◆ If you are unable to attend the class after successful registration, no refunds will be provided. You are welcome to find a substitute or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must notify us three days in advance, and this can be done only once.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, with no rescheduling or refund options available.

◆ In the event of a natural disaster that reaches the level of government-mandated class suspension, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund in accordanceance with regulations.
