The bracelet is made of tiny bright color turquoise beads, mixed with sand-grain silver beads, disposed randomly on the four strings that compose the bracelet. It closes with a silver hook and a series of silver loops that allow to adjust the length. On the last loop a handmade silver bell is attached, decorated with tiny "Podduang" pattern stamps, typical of Thai Karen hill-tribe people.
Turquoise is one of the oldest protection amulets, and was also known as a symbol of wealth and nobility in many ancient cultures.
All silver parts are hand crafted in 98% Silver by Thai Karen hill-tribe artisans. The Karen are a group of ethnic peoples who reside primarily in southern and southeastern Burma and in northern and north-eastern Thailand. Every piece is handmade and individual.
The product comes with traditional Thai packaging and includes tracking number for safer shipping.
