**【Notes before class】**
● To cooperate with epidemic prevention measures, masks are required to be worn throughout the course.
● For the sake of smooth teaching and quality, please arrive at the class site in advance. If you are 20 minutes late, you will not be able to enter and get a refund.
● The course does not accept non-registered persons to stay with or co-create.
● Due to the fear of oil and soil contamination during production, which may affect the presentation of the work, eating and drinking are prohibited in the classroom except boiling water.
● If the course is delayed due to personal factors, a discretionary charge of 100 yuan per hour will be charged.
**【Notes after class】**
● After the work is completed on the day, the factory will be responsible for glazing and firing the kiln.
● Works may have changes and small cracks due to the production process, firing and other reasons, which are all normal phenomena.
● After the firing is completed, you will be notified for self-collection or delivery, and there is no additional charge for delivery.
● The production time of the finished product is about 20 working days including shipping or factory pick-up.
**【Change and Refund Rules】**
● If you need to cancel 5 days before the class start date, you will get a full refund.
● If you need to cancel or change the class time 3-5 days before the class starts, you will be charged 20% of the handling fee.
● If you need to cancel within 2 days before the class starts, there will be no refund, or a 30% handling fee will be charged for changing the class time, and you can transfer the seat to others and notify in advance.
● Due to force majeure and less than 5 people, the class cannot start. It will be notified before the trip to reschedule or refund in full. Xintaiyuan reserves the right to postpone or refund.
