You can clean it with a soft-bristled toothbrush using alkaline cleaning agents like dish soap or toothpaste. This item can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth, but we do not recommend using silver dip. When not wearing, store the jewelry in the small box provided by the design studio to minimize contact with air. If there are any errors or new defects caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom items). Please ship the original item back with its original packaging within 5 days of contact. Failure to return within the deadline will be considered an automatic waiver of return/exchange rights. Please maintain the product's integrity; the item must be "brand new and unused." The product packaging must be fully returned, including the purchased item, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping slip, random documents, gifts, etc. Returns cannot be accepted if any parts are missing or if the product is damaged and incomplete. ★Within the warranty period, if a bracelet or necklace breaks or detaches, it can be repaired free of charge. ★If the product is cracked, damaged, or has a part lost due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess the situation to determine if repair is possible and charge a reasonable material fee. ★Except for new product defects where the buyer bears the return shipping cost, we will cover the shipping cost for repairs sent back. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip postage. ★Before sending items back for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, we will not accept them. ★All repair items sent back to us must be placed in a sealed resealable bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that occurs to the repair item during transit. ★Repair time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory.
