Returns and exchanges must be in brand-new, unwashed condition. As these are personal hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once they have been washed. 2. Cherry Honey Pads are handmade. Minor loose threads, slight variations in size, or fabric creases are considered normal. Please do not purchase if you are a perfectionist. 3. All product photos are taken of actual items. Please understand that pattern placement may vary slightly even when cut from the same piece of fabric. 4. For more detailed instructions on use, cleaning, and patent information, please refer to the official Cherry Honey Pad website. 5. Repairs for snaps are provided for purchases made across any of the four Happy King stores. If a snap comes off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your pads; send me a private message if you require repair. Reminder for new products: Before the first use, please be sure to wash the product once using a "neutral detergent," then spin-dry and dry thoroughly. Because colored cotton is a natural material, it is difficult to fix the color, and a very small amount of light brown color may leach out during the first wash; this is a characteristic of colored cotton, not a dye. (Similar to how leaves release green sap or fruits release colored juice.) Although the leached light brown color is barely visible, it may flow downward during drying, potentially leaving water stains. Using a neutral detergent will carry away the leached color, preventing the decorative side of your pads from being stained; therefore, please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function on your washing machine helps remove excess moisture and speeds up drying, which also prevents water stains. We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues caused by failure to follow these cleaning instructions.
