Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique patterns and markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc., which are not defects. Minor indentations, scratches, etc., acquired during processing, transport, and production are also considered normal within the scope of acceptable variation, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own unique character, showing scratches and developing a patina and sheen, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather that makes each leather item uniquely captivating. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to variations in grain and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"custom item."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in the order notes. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, you agree to have the stitching color selected by the designer and the text embossed as a blank space. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications made by us, our "custom products" are not eligible for the 7-day free look period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
