Ōkunoshima, Japan, commonly known as Rabbit Island,
was once a base for a factory producing poison gas during wartime.
Now, due to human introduction, it has transformed into a gentle island inhabited by rabbits.
Their beautiful forms can be encountered amidst the remnants of gun batteries, on sandy beaches, and along forest paths.
This burgeoning vitality has not only given the island new life but also heals our hearts.
