If you require delivery to an upper floor, it will be arranged through https://www.pinkoi.com/product/xHhym4wa (dedicated vehicle delivery). This is an additional service that requires a separate quote from customer service. Orders without payment for this upgrade will be delivered only to the ground floor, regardless of any notes requesting upstairs delivery. (This applies to detached houses, apartment buildings, walk-ups, condominiums, businesses, hospitals, post offices, schools, etc. – delivery will always be to the ground floor or mailroom.) ◼️ Due to the complex logistics involved in transporting large items, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or natural disasters. Delivery will be subject to the actual transportation conditions. ◼️ For remote areas (including outlying islands like Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, Green Island, Xiaoliuqiu, and mountainous areas on the main island), please inform us of your detailed address before placing an order. Additional charges will apply, and orders placed without a confirmed quote will not be shipped. [Inspection Period and Return/Exchange Policy] ◼️ The 7-day inspection period is not a trial period. Please record a video of your unboxing upon receiving the item to confirm its condition. If there are any issues with the product, please initiate a return or exchange within the 7-day inspection period after signing for the package. Requests made after the inspection period will not be accepted. Please store the original packaging, including the outer box and protective materials, until the inspection period has ended. ◼️ Returned items must be restored to their original condition, remaining new, unopened, and complete with all packaging (outer box, tags, accessories, manuals, etc.). If any items are missing, damaged, or show signs of use that prevent them from being restored to new condition, the company will charge a fee proportional to the missing or damaged parts. ◼️ When a return process is initiated, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs incurred during the initial shipment, including upstairs delivery fees, handling fees, assembly fees, restocking fees, and return shipping fees for remote areas.
