During the creation of the carnation, several versions were handcrafted and tested.
The first iteration, while lighter, lacked distinct layering.
To enhance the petal's dimensionality, we re-engineered it, emphasizing the spacing between each petal.
Using hard wax, we sculpted semi-three-dimensional, staggered petals, which were then cast in sterling silver.
This process resulted in a carnation with such vivid dimensionality and a more substantial feel.
Adorned with lustrous freshwater pearls and a dangling design, these earrings exude an air of intellectual romance.
