As this is a cute, stylized representation rather than a realistic depiction, we will not provide photos upon completion unless specifically requested. . Modifications are limited to one opportunity. Returns or requests for remakes based on dissatisfaction after receiving the product are not permitted. "Motif Customization" . We cannot create motifs of famous characters, cartoons, or other existing product designs. . You may submit your own drawings for evaluation to see if they can be produced. "Text Customization" . Limited to 7 characters (including 7 characters). . Due to the nature of needle-felting wool by hand, complex Chinese characters with too many strokes or intricate fonts cannot be created (please inquire via email for Chinese character feasibility). We recommend using English abbreviations or names instead. . If you require additional characters, each character will incur an extra charge of $30. We will create a dedicated listing for you to place your order once confirmed. . Font styles are standardized and cannot be changed. Size and placement may not be exactly as shown in the photos. . To prevent deformation or shrinking of wool felt motifs or text, do not use a washing machine. Handwashing is recommended to maintain shape. . Do not scrub with a brush. Air dry naturally after washing. . Do not tumble dry, as this may cause shrinkage. . Wool felt is a natural material. Over time, friction may cause small pilling, which is normal. This can be trimmed with scissors or smoothed with a low-temperature iron. . If wool felt motifs or text become dirty, clean them promptly. . Avoid using hot water, vigorous scrubbing, or detergents.
