As floral materials require advance preparation, cancellations and refunds are not permitted after payment. If you are unable to attend, you may collect the materials to complete the arrangement yourself, or have the instructor complete it for you.
Floral materials are subject to availability at the flower market. The actual materials provided on the day of the class will be used.
