The Erosion Ring

What is meant to stay, will remain; what is meant to be let go, will surely not linger. Like a deeply rooted boulder, standing firm against the surging currents. Yet, the water never stops for the stone, continuing its ceaseless flow toward its ultimate destination. The small pebbles carried by the stream, though their journey may be long, will one day become mighty boulders themselves, settling in their rightful place, to take root.
