"Five Senses Taiwanese Cuisine Winter Camp"
Teacher Chelsea and the CookInn chef team will lead the children of elementary schools to use the five senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste) to experience the beauty of cooking. In the morning, start from walking into the traditional market to buy, feel the breath of fresh fruits and vegetables, learn about the physiological structure of the whole pig from the pork stall, and learn about our beautiful ocean from the seafood stall. Then, cultivate children's confidence in the kitchen, from washing vegetables, weighing ingredients, cutting vegetables, cooking, seasoning, placing dishes to washing dishes, and work together with the students to complete the rich dishes!
