We can create custom portraits even if you don't have wedding photos, or if you prefer not to have them. My profession is as a designer, with past experience creating logos, character designs, illustrations, and branding for various e-commerce clients. My style is versatile and adaptable. Custom invitations/thank you cards/wedding cake cards - can also be made into marriage certificates, certificate folders, signing cloths, or frameless prints. We welcome you to provide a style you like as a reference for your custom prints (not limited to the original designer's work). Please send us your preferred design style first. [Important Notes] - For printed products (e.g., invitations, thank you cards, wedding cake cards, stickers), we will ship the printed paper goods. Electronic files will not be provided. - Different paper stocks will yield different visual results for print products. Please inquire beforehand if you have a specific paper preference. - Drawing time typically takes around 10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on the current order schedule and complexity of the artwork). - An initial draft with a watermarked line sketch will be provided. Minor adjustments can be made free of charge within 7 working days of the initial draft submission. - The drawing will be based on the reference photo(s) provided (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). Please inquire beforehand if you have special requests for modifications. - Once production begins, any changes to the original reference photo, complex modifications, or post-coloring changes (e.g., altering facial features, changing hairstyles, switching reference photos, changing outfits, altering poses, adding body parts not visible in the photo) will incur an additional modification fee. - If, after production has started, you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos, this will be considered a new order and will require a separate purchase. - Once printing has commenced, no further modifications can be made. - As these are custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not possible. Payment upon delivery is also not available. - Finished products may be publicly displayed. If you do not wish for your product to be displayed, please inform us before purchasing. - Finished products will include the designer's small signature. Copyright belongs to the designer, Bear Star. - This portrait service is not for commercial use. Please contact the designer for commercial use inquiries and a separate quote. - For printing services, please notify us before placing an order for a separate quote. - Copyrighted illustrations (e.g., Marvel, Disney) will not be drawn. - Portraits will be drawn based on the provided reference photo(s). If you wish to modify angles, outfits, styles, add/remove people or objects, or draw missing parts, additional fees may apply based on the situation. - If no contact is made within 30 days of order payment, the order will be automatically closed. ◎Notes for Print Orders: - Once production has begun, manufacturing details cannot be modified. - All prints are produced using gang run printing. We do not accept requests for color proofing or color matching. Color differences within 15% are acceptable. Please place your order only if you accept this condition. Clients cannot request returns or reprints. Separate plates will be made for independent printing runs at an additional cost. - Gang run printing uses CMYK four-color printing exclusively. Images submitted for printing must be in CMYK format. If you use Pantone, RGB, or other special colors, please convert them to CMYK yourself, or we can assist with the conversion. Color differences may occur due to conversion, and we do not accept returns or reprints based on this. - Avoid placing important text or graphics too close to the edges to prevent them from being cropped. - Due to slight variations in cutting during production, minor deviations from perfect centering may occur, which is considered normal.
