Black Soul Tanning in Las Vegas Estates, Costa Rica
Costa Rica Finca Las Lajas Alma Negra Natural
Black soul blacker than black pearl❗️
The Las Ecological Treatment Plant in Costa Rica has obtained organic certification from Europe and the United States, and has conducted bold experiments and attempts on different treatment methods. The most famous product is the "Black Pearl" sun-dried beans. Black Pearl is also one of the most popular coffees recently. Although the risk of failure was greater, under the careful treatment of the manor owner Chacon and his wife, Alma Negra, the "black soul" was created.
The aroma of black soul, dried longan, cherry and brown sugar is amazing.
This bean has a round, deep flavor and distinct layers, fully demonstrating the charm of the black soul!
The hand brew is very delicious! With the aroma of wine and a sweet aftertaste! This is a very memorable bean!
It’s even quenched and concentrated to make a dark soul latte, whether it’s iced or hot, it’s very special! You can try it

Among the exquisite solarization and honey processing that are currently very popular in Costa Rica, Laslas Manor is one of the first manors to start systematic research and processing. It has been a very popular coffee manor for buyers around the world for many years. Laslas Manor is currently run by the third-generation manor owner Francisca Cubillo and his wife Oscar. The manor is located in the Central Valley production area (Central Valley) not far from the capital. The Poas Volcano volcano is quite close, with an altitude between 1400-1600 meters, and an annual output of about 55,200 kilograms.
Many years ago, the owner of the manor, Francesca, had always hoped to improve the flavor performance of the coffee in the manor. At that time, the vast majority of coffee farmers in Costa Rica generally used the traditional washing method to supply the American and European markets. demand, so the owner of the manor began to research and improve many of the equipment in the manor to better meet the needs of sun-dried and honey-processed coffee.
During the harvesting stage, the manor owner uses a sweetness detector (BRIX) to screen the coffee red fruits that meet the standard. At the same time, he builds his own washing and processing station to process the coffee, and finally places it on an African scaffolding for subsequent exposure. Among the coffees processed at Laslas Manor, the owner of the manor divided the honey-processed and sun-dried coffee into a variety of different products based on the expression of flavor. As for the honey processing method, most farmers in Costa Rica borrowed The amount of remaining pulp is controlled by the peeling machine in the washing and processing station, but Laslas Estate decided to use another method, which is to retain 100% of the highest proportion of pulp, but control the exposure and turning time on the African scaffolding. To present different coffee flavor expressions, the manor owner divides the coffee into yellow honey, red honey and black honey in terms of honey processing method.
Yellow honey processing: After removing the peel, place them uniformly on an African scaffolding for exposure in the early morning and turn them over immediately.
Red honey processing: After removing the peel, place them uniformly on an African scaffolding in the early morning and expose them to the sun until noon before turning them over.
Black honey processing: After removing the peel, place them uniformly on an African scaffolding in the early morning and expose them to the sun until the afternoon.
As for the sun-drying treatment method, many more detailed flavor expressions are processed through plastic sheet shading.
Black Pearl: The harvested coffee red fruits are placed on an African scaffolding in the early morning, turned over regularly and exposed to the sun until the moisture content is 11.5%. The whole process takes about two weeks.
Black Soul: The harvested coffee red fruits are placed on an African scaffolding in the early morning. They are turned over regularly throughout the day and exposed to the sun. They are shaded with plastic sheets and left to rest until the moisture content reaches 11.5%. The whole process takes about three weeks.
At the same time, the owner of the manor strictly requires that all processes must be planted and fertilized in accordance with organic standards for the fertilization materials used in the manor. The entire manor uses organic self-made compost. At the same time, the organic standards have been expanded to include soil quality, shade trees and water washing treatment plant procedures. . After years of hard work, Laslas Manor has now passed Japanese JAS, American USDA and NOP organic certifications.
