- Upon ticket purchase, Daz.work will send a confirmation message via the platform's internal messaging system; no physical tickets will be issued. Please present the internal message at the check-in counter on the day of the event for admission.

Workshop Description
Notes
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee based on the ticket price will be charged for all incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare materials in advance, refunds and exchanges are not permitted within 3 days prior to the event, starting from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please cancel your current ticket and purchase a new one. Rescheduling is not permitted within 3 days prior to the event, starting from the day before the event.
・This activity is open to individuals aged 12 and above.
・Participation is limited to ticket holders only. Guests without tickets are not permitted to accompany or participate.
・Admission begins 10 minutes prior to the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in adjustments to the creation process, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late will not be permitted entry and are non-refundable.
・No outside food or drinks are allowed in the studio, except for water and provided beverages. A water dispenser is available. For environmental friendliness, please bring your own water bottle or cup. Any tea waste must be taken with you.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・If participation is canceled due to reasons not attributable to Daz.work, no refund will be issued.
・In cases of refunds or cancellations, all invoice adjustments will be handled by Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
・If the class is canceled due to force majeure, such as typhoons, Daz.work will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds. For typhoons, the cancellation standards announced by the event's location will be the basis for class operation and refunds, regardless of participants' locations.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience activity for event documentation and promotional purposes, which will be uploaded to the Daz.work Facebook fan page and Instagram. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
