Safety & Security Measures
● Upon check-in at the event, an ID will be verified. Those without an ID, found to be not the registered person, or discovered to be not single will be considered to have forfeited their participation and will not be eligible for a refund. (Identity verification for registration)
● Prior to the event, male participants will be required to show their work ID or proof of employment to confirm eligibility. (Identity verification for registration)
● Participants may use a pseudonym during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● During registration, you can specify in the notes section anyone you would prefer not to meet (e.g., colleagues), and we will assist in avoiding their participation in the same event.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
Other Important Information
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event up to the event day, and no refunds will be issued.
▼ If you withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Rescheduling or Changing to Other Activities:
▼ You may reschedule or change to another activity up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, changes are limited to one instance.
▼ If there is a price difference after rescheduling or changing activities, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once a date or activity has been changed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
▼ Rescheduling or changes are not accepted from 3 days before the event up to the event day.
III. Electronic invoices will be sent to your email after the event. You will be notified separately if you win a prize. If you require a three-part invoice, please note this in the registration comments section.
