Physical items are not sold, and the displayed prices are not the actual costs. ◌ Please contact us via private message with photos of the pet you wish to customize. We will provide a quote after confirmation. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a potential waiting period of several months for scheduling. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to place your order. Once the order is placed, your spot in the queue is confirmed. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we send you confirmation photos of the completed piece. Once you approve, you can proceed to the final payment listing. ◌ Once production begins, changes to facial expressions or poses cannot be made. Therefore, please ensure all details are confirmed beforehand. Any customization requests must be communicated at the beginning. ◌ For customization, please provide photos of your pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural lighting without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during the creation process. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, consider a framed bust, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still prefer a full-body sculpture, please message us to discuss alternative solutions. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to contact you for clarification on specific details. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished piece from various angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made upon request. However, we cannot make revisions to fur color or eye color, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repairs are limited to 5 instances. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped. We will confirm with you before sealing the package, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted after shipping. ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body (dog/cat): Available in two sizes (approx. 15cm or 20cm length from nose to tail). Please message us for specifications for other types of pets. ◌ Full body (small pets like hamsters): Approx. 10cm length (nose to tail). ◌ Framed pieces: Available in two sizes for busts (4x6 frame) and headshots (3.5x3.5 frame). The head size for dogs/cats is approximately 8-9cm wide. ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body sculptures, you can provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated into the wool during the creation of the body. (Small colored glass bottles are also available for purchase). If you wish to embed real fur onto the surface of the sculpture, we have methods for handling different types of fur. Please message us for details. Whiskers can be attached to the face of the sculpture. ⌑ We strive to create the best possible representation of each pet, which requires significant time and effort. The creation process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity. We appreciate your patience as we aim for the highest quality. ⌑ As these are works of passion and effort, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has begun. ⌑ As these are purely handmade, a 100% perfect replication of the original is not possible, and some variations are to be expected. Please refer to our past works for style examples. Kindly proceed with ordering only if you are comfortable with this. ⌑ Actual dimensions may vary by +/- 1-2cm. Minor variations in color and size are inherent in handmade items. If you are a perfectionist regarding product quality, please refrain from ordering. We appreciate your understanding! ⌑ If surface fuzz or pilling occurs due to friction, simply trim it with small scissors. This will not affect the overall appearance of the wool felt. Please avoid friction, pulling, and potential damage from your pet. ⌑ Photos of completed works will be publicly displayed on our social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). ⌑ The wooden display stand and dried flowers shown in the photos are not included with the actual product. ⌑ Optional add-ons are available: collars with engraved name tags, glass domes, or acrylic boxes with dried floral arrangements. Please inquire for details. ⌑ Finally, we will ask for your confirmation regarding any minor adjustments needed before shipping. Please ensure you remain contactable. If we lose contact or the item is not claimed for any reason within 6 months, the artwork will be considered abandoned and will be retained by us. The deposit will not be refunded in such cases, as it will be treated as a cancellation.
