[Artist Profile] ■Artist Statement Based on the theme of "recognizing love," I use women as my main motif to depict the moment of "recognition" and the process of that realization. Interested in the structure of the mind since childhood, and through psychoanalytic treatment and bereavement, I came to feel a sense of relief and love in the act of first "recognizing" the contradictions, conflicts, and ambiguities that exist both within myself and society. I focus not only on introspective awareness that observes the unconscious, but also on concepts that are often perceived as binary oppositions within others and society. ■ Biography 1993 Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido 2015 Graduated from Hokkaido Bunkyo University, Department of Occupational Therapy 2021 Transitioned from occupational therapist to illustrator. 2023 Started working as an artist ■ Major Exhibitions 2023 "A Hazy Love" (Gallery Inukai, Sapporo) 2024 "Black, Honor, and Monster" (shisha modern, Sapporo) 2025 "HOTLINE" (Gallery Inukai, Sapporo) Art Fair "Ku-kan ARTIST'S FES" (Kuukan, Sapporo)
