1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Store can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-headed invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
