In 2016, he moved to Japan to apprentice under renowned Osaka-based Spanish cuisine authority, Yukio Konishi. Upon returning home, Jacky began his entrepreneurial journey, combining his overseas culinary training with local ingredients to successfully launch his own Spanish farmhouse cuisine restaurant. Within less than a year and a half, Jacky not only expanded his business but was also featured on the popular food program "Super Taste." He was subsequently recruited by the luxury tea brand TWG, for whom he developed menus for 48 branches across the Asia-Pacific region and served as their Head Pastry Chef at their Singapore headquarters. After returning home again in 2021, Jacky dedicated himself to the art of baking, striving to bring his years of experience and authentic craftsmanship to the artisanal cookie and dessert market, creating unique culinary surprises. We named this cookie "Morocco" not only for the exotic, fragrant aroma of cinnamon but also because its primary characteristic lies in its rich blend of spices—such as cumin, coriander, saffron, chili, ginger, and paprika. Situated at the western tip of North Africa, Morocco's geographical and historical background creates a perfect blend of Arabic, Berber, Jewish, and Western European cultures. Its ornate architecture and exotic charm mirror the taste profile of this cookie perfectly. "The fragrance is subtle, yet reveals its depth over time."
