》 Notes ● Solid wood material; each piece of wood will have slight variations in grain. Additionally, some materials are made from recycled wood scraps, so minor imperfections may occur but will not affect functionality. Please consider this before purchasing. ● Please wear comfortable, dirt-resistant clothing on the day of the workshop. ● Each registered participant is allowed one accompanying guest. Additional guests wishing to enter the venue's castle play area will incur a cleaning fee of $50 per person. ● Photos or videos may be taken during the experience and will be publicly shared on woodyourlife's social media pages after the course. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the class begins. ● Workshops will commence with a minimum of 6 registered participants. If the booked time slot is not successfully opened, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. 》 Cancellation Policy ● In case of natural disasters or if a participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons, you may contact us to reschedule. If a refund is requested, a 30% handling fee of the course cost will be charged. ● Cancellations and refunds are not permitted within 3 days prior to the workshop experience. ● If a participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons and does not proactively contact the designer, no refund will be issued. 》 Rescheduling Policy ● Dates can be changed once up to 7 days before the experience. ● Rescheduling is only applicable to activity plans of the same price and can only be changed to available, bookable time slots on the calendar. Once rescheduled, activities are not eligible for cancellation or refund. ● If you wish to change the number of participants, please contact us at least 3 days before the experience.
